Avira Realty Pvt. Ltd. (got its Certificate of Incorporation in 2022) is a group company of Garnet Construction Ltd., which got its Certificate of Incorporation in the year 1992. This new group company, Avira Realty Pvt. Ltd., has been specially formed for the purpose of redevelopment of societies. Mr. Arunkumar Kedia and Mr. Sanjaykumar Kedia are the Directors in both these companies.
